He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Leroy Wiest and Marvin Schaffer; his stepgrandfathers, James Hamm and Larry Hesch; and his uncles, Scott Schaffer and Darrell Wiest.
He is survived by: his parents, James Wiest and Roxanne Wiest (Schaffer); his sisters, Danielle Hillerud (Trent) and Tressa Splonskowski (Kyle); and his grandmothers, Laurie Hamm and Sharon Hesch. He is also survived by six nephews and nieces; three step-nieces and nephews.
