He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Winkler and Josephine Winkler (Zachmeier). He is survived by: his siblings, Julie (Richard Schwartz) of Haslett, Michigan, Jeanne Lillegard (Steven) of Stanford, Montana, Walter Joseph of Fairborn, Ohio, Robert (Season) of Bayfield, Colorado, Michael (Nanette) of Dupont, Washington, Patrick of Manila, Philippines and Joni of Bangor, Maine. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
