He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Olson and Pearl Olson (Vibe); his daughter Laurie; and his brothers, Robert, Franklin and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine of Jamestown, ND; his children, Brenda Hahn (Keith) of LaMoure, ND, Mark Olson (Lisa) of Dickey, ND and Kevin Olson (Yvonne) of Jamestown, ND; and his brother Donald Olson of Kearney, NE.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, several great great grandchild.
