He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Newton and Cassie Newton (Pulver); and his siblings, Bill, Arla and Hubert.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Newton; his children, Tom Newton (Jo Lynn), Terri Koch (Bill) and Tim Newton; his grandchildren, Chris, Cassie (Brent), Nick, Cody, Jaimie (Evan), Alexis, Tyler, Zach and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Cecilia and Octavia.
