She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hazer and Rena Hazer (French); her husband John C. Mehlhoff; her children, John Charles Mehlhoff and Sylvia Adam; and her siblings, Lester, Gilman Hazer and Daisy Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Wilfred Mehlhoff, Loren Mehlhoff (Kim), Teresa Backer, Durango, Kathryn Mettler (Albert) and Edith Gould (Tom); and her son-in-law Carlyle Adam. She is also survived by her family, her grandchildren and friends.
