She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred G. Helm and Bertha Helm (Sprenger); and her daughter Linda. She is survived by: her children, Niles Mueller (Mayda) of Jamestown, ND, Bryan Mueller (Deborah) of Gravois Mills, MO, Cynthia Tyley (Bruce) of Westmont, IL, Kelli Waddingham (Rex) of Mandan, ND and JoAnn Nehls (Mike) of Groton, SD; and her brother Milton Helm of Denhoff, ND.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
