He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred, Sr. Guthmiller and Katie Guthmiller (Koenig); and his siblings, Mary, John, Harry, Albert, Richard, James and Edward.
He is survived by: his siblings, Leslie of Jamestown, ND, Margaret Johnson (Jerome) of Jamestown, ND and Helen Hagel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Salvation Army or Community Action Food Pantry.
