We bid farewell to Evelyn J Steckler of Jamestown, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 13, 2024 at the age of 88. Evelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Willey and Josephine Willey (Anderson); her son Roger; and her siblings, Lloyd, LeRoy, Don, Ernest, Ruby Clemens, Esther Williams, Lorraine Scott, Josephine Wirrenga, Ruth Williams and Grace Priebie.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Steckler; her children, Dan, Nancy and Wayne Jamestown (Penny); her grandchildren, David (Mandy), Kyla Stoltz (Adriaan), Alan Steckler and Laura Steckler; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Mya and Leah; and her brother Darwin Willey (Theresa). She is also survived by three step great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Basilica (622 1st Ave S, Jamestown, ND 58401).
