He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stadel and Katherina Stadel (Weidelich); his wife Martha Derheim; and his siblings, Richard Stadel (Martha), Theodore Stadel (Bertha) and Elizabeth Roemmich (Reinhold).
He is survived by: his children, Monte Stadel and Joann Gensler (Joel); and his granddaughter Heather Gensler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
