He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Kramer and Emma Kramer (Maisel); and his son Montell Haugen. He is survived by: his children, Michell Weixel (Vernon), Randall Haugen (Peggy), Elta Bietz (Frank) and Corine Pollert (Chet); his siblings, Loren Kramer (Leone), Marion Peterson, Elaine Millspaugh and Ruth Lee (Jim); and his close friends, Roland and Judy Schlenker. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
