With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elna Mackenzie of Jamestown, North Dakota, born in Halliday, North Dakota, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Weisenberger and Magdalena Weisenberger; her husband Charles; and her siblings, Raymond, Verna, Lucille and Karen.

She is survived by: her daughters, Peggie Rigoni (Terry) of Prescott, AZ and Pamela Licha (Jon) of San Antonio, NM; her grandchildren, Haley, Ian, Carlie, Leah and Hannah; and her brother Jim Weisenberger (Sherryl) of Grand Forks, ND.. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
