We bid farewell to Elmo Bentz of Jamestown, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 24, 2025 at the age of 89. Elmo touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Bentz and Lydia Bentz (Siegle); his son Troy Bentz; his brother Melvin; his parents-in-law, Paul and Bertha Mayer; and his brother-in-law Wallace Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Ardina; his daughters, Angela Widmer (Neil) and Peggy Widmer (Bryan); and his brother-in-law Rueben Mayer of Bottineau, ND.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Haut Funeral Home (1101 5th Ave NE, Jamestown, ND 58401).
