It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Deutscher (Jamestown, North Dakota), born in Gackle, North Dakota, who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Gumke and Lousia Gumke (Schlecht); her husband Alton Deutscher; her daughter Germaine; and her siblings, Edna, Lena, Esther, Irene, Mabel, Walter and Irvin.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Taylor, Alysa, Brady and Red; her siblings, Harry Gumke of Verndale, MN, Dennis Gumke (Judy) and Doreen Gumke of Fergus Falls, MN; and her sisters-in-law, Hilda Gumke, Sybil Gumke, Alma Becker, Adeline Geist and Arlene Geisinger (Gary).
