She is survived by: her grandchildren, Dusty, Tyler, Jordan, Jen, Karissa, Megan, Kayla, Katie, Cody and Crystal; and her siblings, Greg Lewis, Merrill Lewis, Joey Lewis, Doug Herzog, Kay Caulfield, Alida Sjostrom and Patsy McAnallen. She is also survived by her four children.
