We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2021, at the age of 89, Doloras Batsch of Jamestown, North Dakota, born in Lamoure, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick and Lydia Wegenast Jr. (Quaschnick); her stepmother Esther Wegenast (Ray); her children, Randall, Randolph and LaRay; her sons-in-law, Vernon Middlestead and Dennis Waltz; her brother Ervin; and her sister-in-law Audrey Wegenast.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Batsch; her children, Randy, Charlette Middlestead (Jim Rudnick) of Bismarck, Gale Scherbenske (James "Tom") of Jamestown, ND and Bruce Batsch (Ruth) of Valley City; and her grandchildren, Jeramie (Janelle), Andrew Middlestead (Allyson) of Bismarck, Matthew Scherbenske (Ashley) of Fargo, Jodie Nelson (Eric) of Valley City and Jennie Darby (Brandon) of Mineola, TX. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ave Maria Village or The Hospice at JRMC .
