It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colette Eissinger of Jamestown, North Dakota, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on December 10, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maleta Haut (Neumann) and Norbert Haut; her siblings, Charlotte Haut Lauer and Eugene Haut; and her husband Ervin Eissinger.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacquelyn Schaffer of Chaska, MN; her grandchildren, Tony (Michelle) of Chaska, MN, Joe (Brooke), Mike (Bridget) of Sauk Rapids, MN, Tina (Dan Shealy) and Nick (AmyJo) of Plymouth, MN; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Andrew, Madelyn, Samantha, Lia, Kylee, Nicholas, Lucas, Matthew and Mary Isabella. She is also survived by daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
