He was predeceased by: his wife Esther Annetta Gumke; his son Larry Arthur Henke; his stepmothers, Olga and Johanna; and his siblings, Lenora, Fredrick, Wilfred, Verjane, Delbert, Marvin Eckman, Duane Eckman, Marvin Frigen and Allen Frigen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Knecht (Larry), Pat Fischer (Erwin), Kathy Suko (Gary) and Lori Woehl (Jody); his brothers, Melvin Henke (Clara) and Donald Frigen; and his grandchildren, Scott, Amy, Melissa, Becky, Peppy, Camille, Chad, Tony, Leslie, Jon, Jessica and Jordan.
