He is survived by: his significant other Jolanda Fischer; his children, Jeanette Munson (Tommy) of New Rockford, Evelyn Eckman of Fargo, Steve Eckman (Dorreen) of Jamestown, ND, Anita Koranda (Jason) of West Fargo, ND and Angela Ebensteiner (Mike) of Fargo, ND.; his siblings, Rueben Eckman (Lorraine) of Broadview, MT, Bob Eckman (Ramona) of Jamestown, ND., Mary Schmitt (Mike) of Manchester, MI, Vicki Schmitt (Tony) of Mason City, IA and Donna Schneider (Tom) of Fargo, ND; and his sister-in-law Aggie Eckman of West Fargo, ND.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
