He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Baumbach and Leona Baumbach (Schmitt); his brother Jordell Baumbach; his great grandchild Laken Rexine; and his nephew Robert (Deb Baumbach).
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Grager of Oakes; his children, Lori Novak (Dave) of Oakes, Brenda Rhone (Tim) of Bismarck, Wendy Erfle (Mitch) of Scottsdale, AZ and Avolt (Jen) of New Rockford; his grandchildren, Kelly Rexine (Michelle), Chad Rexine (Cindy), Kayla Hanson (Logan), Cassandra Perkins (Tim), Zachary Rhone (Kayla), Amanda Outcalt (Chadrick), David Erfle, Bailey Baumbach and Beau Baumbach; his stepgrandchildren, Alysha Novak, Sam Zikmund, Kandice Novak and Shayla Novak; his brother Gary (Becky) of Spiritwood, ND; and his nephew Kevin Baumbach (Diane). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 4 step great-grandchildren.
