He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Tande and Bertha Tande (Jacobson). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Tande (Kate); his children, Brian Tande (Desiree), Laura Bent (James) and Emilee Johnson (Brad) of Oxford, NC.; his grandchildren, Lucas (Rachel), Joel, Gabriel, Adrianna Tande, Michelle, Christine, Leah Bent, Riley and Carter Johnson; and his siblings, Oswald (Jane) and Karen Grimm (Gene).
