He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stanley; his children, Gene Sauvageau (Brenda) of Horace, ND, James Sauvageau of Fargo, ND, Lois Sommers (Gary) of Walker, MN, Larry Sauvageau of Horace, ND and Judy Ronken (Roel) of Osseo, MN; his foster children, Bonnie Adams (Paul) of Thompson, ND and Larry Gust (Sue) of Stevensville, MT; and his siblings, Agatha Kister (Ron) of Sacramento, CA, Annella Pfeifer (Loren) of Cooperstown, ND and Jerome (late Nancy) of Fargo, ND.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, two foster grandchildren, four foster great-grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
