Gene Iwen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gene Iwen of Horace, North Dakota, who passed away on November 12, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Iwen and Dagney Mae Iwen of Arthur, ND.; his brother Glenn; his daughter Pam Morris; and his son-in-law Scott Jacobs.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Foss; his wife LaMae Braaten; his children, Scout Oath, Becky Wolf, Jeff Iwen (Deanna), Todd Iwen, Lisa Jacobs and Jay Braaten; his grandchildren, Ben Iwen, Kirsten Schleeter (Gene), Anthony, Scott Jacobs Jr., Reier Goettel, Andrew Braaten (Vanessa) and Jordan Crouse (Tyler); and his brother Roger Iwen (Carol) of Arthur, ND. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
