It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Scott of Horace, North Dakota, born in Brinsmade, North Dakota, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paul and Brada Scott (Sargent); and his brothers, Virgil, Ernest and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Thoennes; his sons, Greg (Carla) of Horace, ND and Kenny of Horace, ND; his grandchildren, Brandon Scott, Jennifer Scott, Kristin Scott, Ashley Benz (Brian) and Katie Poulson (Matt); and his sister-in-law Charlene Scott. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
