She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanette Evanson and Edwin Evanson; her brother-in-law Kenny Thykeson; and her son-in-law Ken Gage. She is survived by: her husband Truman Thykeson of Hope, ND; her children, Bradley Thykeson (Karla) of Portland, ND and Nancy Hull (Ron) of Libby, MT; and her grandchildren, Greg Thykeson (Samantha), Stephani Teske (Lucas), Ross Thykeson (Amber), Samuel Cota, Ty Cota and Kennison Cota. She is also survived by the oldest of nine siblings, Janice leaves behind her 2 sisters and 6 brothers.
The family requests no flowers be sent; memorials preferred to Luther Memorial Home, Aurdal Lutheran Church (music fund) or donor's choice.
