He is survived by: his children, Tim (Naomi) of Hoople, Sandy Hurtt of Hoople and Mary Eagleson (Ward) of Grand Forks; his grandchildren, David Hurtt (Kierstin), Kirsten Lien (Josh), Philip Hurtt, Wyatt and Will Eagleson; and his brothers, Hamilton, Jr. Hurtt (Marian) and Dean Hurtt (Bev). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
