He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hjelle and Betty Hjelle. He is survived by: his son Jordan Hjelle (Kaci); his grandsons, Elias, Isaiah and Jonah; and his siblings, Wayne Hjelle (Tracy), Sherry Warne (Dale) and Dean Hjelle.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westaker Free Lutheran Church (321 E Minnesota Ave, Newfolden, MN 56738). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
