She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Wiger and June Wiger (Larson); her husband David Eblen; and her siblings, Carroll and Gary.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Eblen (Deb) of Kansas City, MO and Patrice Lahlum (Kevin) of Horace; her grandchildren, Sam, Noah Eblen, Josh, Adam and Maya Lahlum; and her siblings, Janice Wiger (Elwood), Galen, Marilyn Arneson (Jim), Debbie McNamee (Mike) and Becky Pederson (Russ).
Peggy preferred memorials be directed to Hospice of Red River Valley or Great Plains Food Bank.
