Melvin A. Erdmann Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melvin A. Erdmann of Hillsboro, North Dakota, who passed away on April 22, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sadie Erdmann; his brother-in-law William Sell; and his daughters-in-law, Stephanie Coltvet Erdmann and Tanya Erdmann. He is survived by: his wife Judy Erdmann; his sons, Mark Erdmann, Paul Erdmann (Abby), David Erdmann (Cynthia) and Thomas Erdmann (Ashley); his siblings, Darlene Sell, Earl Erdmann (Marcia) and Gene Erdmann (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kayla, Madeline, August, Miles, Grayson, Harper, Josilyn, Reagan and Finn; and his stepgrandchildren, Norah and Ruby.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (204 E Caledonia Ave, Hillsboro, ND 58045). A prayer will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a local charity of your choice to honor Melvin.
