The memory of Marlys Weibye of Hillsboro, North Dakota, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Melvin" Kaupang and Mildred Kaupang (Knutson); her spouse Marsall Weibye; her siblings, Leslie Goodwin and Carol Carver; her brothers-in-law, Richard Benson, Dennis Ekeberg, Howard Carver and David Hagen; and her daughter-in-law Michelle Weibye.
She is survived by: her close friend Shih Tzu; her children, Jerry Weibye of Brooks, MN, Marcia Onsgard of Halstad, MN, Mark Weibye of Hillsboro, ND and Martin Weibye of Parkers Prairie, MN; her sisters, Pattie Benson of Albertville, MN, Judy Hagen and Lorene Tranby (Todd); and her sister-in-law Mary Goodwin of McIntosh, MN.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (204 E Caledonia Ave, Hillsboro, ND 58045). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
