It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn M. Porter of Hillsboro, North Dakota, born in Hunter, North Dakota, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Porter and Bernice Porter (Martin); his wife Patricia Porter; and his in-laws, David, Peggy Kirk and Harold Voje.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Plummer (Jim) of Tyndall, SD, Michael Porter (Theresa) of Orlando, FL and Greg Porter (Beth) of Hillsboro, ND.; his siblings, Joann Voje, Ronald Porter (Gloria) and Johnny Porter (Ann); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Miller (Duey), Dorothy Lynn Ferencik (Wayne) and Linda Kelly (Jay). He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended relatives.
