He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hams and Eunice "Mick" Hams. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his daughters, Michelle Singh (Vivek) and Elizabeth Hams (Neil Dotzenrod); his brothers, Jay, Jeff (Linda) and Jon; his grandson Arjun Singh; and also, Jai, Vinika, Aryan and Ryan Sorrot. He is also survived by parents instilled in him and his brothers.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that any memorials be given to the ALS Association (MN/ND/SD Chapter) and/or Hospice of the Red River Valley in memory of Jody.
