He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Gravning and Thelma Gravning (Reyerson); his sons, Greg and Brian; his wife Myrna Meisner; and his brother-in-law Earl Lynn Meisner.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Charlotte (Harry) and Neva Meisner of Loveland, CO; his daughter-in-law Libby Gravning of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Gabriel (Stephanie), Amanda Gravning of Mandan, ND, Paige (Brandon), Byler of Fredonia, PA, Kaycee (Jaren Olson), Schwind of Morgantown, WV and Jacob Gravning; and his great grandchildren, Abram, Madalynn, Abigail, Charleigh, Micah and Ruth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
