He is survived by: his wife Karan Evanger; his children, Brad Ehlers (Kathy Lee) of Hettinger and Tanya Helfrich of Papillion, NE; his grandchildren, Alexis Ehlers of Bismarck, ND and Devon Ehlers of Hettinger; his siblings, Bev Blackwell of Rapid City, SD and Ron Ehlers (Sue) of Wright, WY; his aunt Julie Kvanvig of Halstad, MN; and his nephews, Todd Jackson, Tracy Jackson, Brent Ehlers and Shantel Moore.
