He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Schwartz and Anna Schwartz (Hasenmaier); and his sister Lyndabeth Polensky (Ron). He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Schwartz (Kathy) and Noreen Restad; his nephew Brad Schwartz; and his nieces, Annette Byman (Keith), Desiree Harris, Melissa Drusch (Arnie) and Rusalyn Maitlen (Johnny).
