Jon Carroll Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Carroll of Hazen, North Dakota, born in Tonasket, Washington, who passed away on March 31, 2021 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jon Carroll to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Carroll and Solly Carroll (Sahlberg); his sister-in-law Nancy Carroll; and his father-in-law Eddie Tschaekofske. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Tschaekofske of Hazen; his stepsons, Derrick Aemisegger of Grand Forks, ND and Alex Aemisegger of Jamestown, ND; his brother Jim Carroll; his mother-in-law Frieda Tschaekofske of Beulah; his brothers-in-law, Ron (Shirley) and LeRoy Tschaekofske (Jackie); his nieces and nephews, Zac Carroll (Pam), Aaron Tschaekofske (Bri), Megan Carroll Baker (Jeff), Nikki Tschaekofske Liedholm (Doug) and Heather Tschaekofske Zwifel (Jeremy); his friends, Randy and Karen Stiller; and his pets, Tiki and Sonki. He is also survived by four great nephews; four great nieces.

While in Hazen, Jon became a twice Past Master of Masonic Lodge #116, once president of the Hazen Golf Club and twice State Chairman of the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation.
