With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darlene Price of Hazen, North Dakota, born in Edinburg, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Nygard and Ruth Nygard (Kluxdal); her husband Jack Price Sr.; her sisters, Paula Wentz and Linda Reeves; and her sister-in-law Mary Nygard.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Lampert, Jack Price Jr. of Hazen, ND and Shawn Price (Kim Little); her grandchildren, Savanah Duntley, Donavan Lampert of Liberal, KS, Aurora Ripplinger of Bismarck, Jack Price III of Bismarck and Sierra Price of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Levi, Connor, Andrew, Briar-Rose, Everliegh, Coby, Jack IV, Ellie-Mae and Nevaeh; and her siblings, Mark Nygard of Hazen, ND, Todd Nygard of Williston, ND, Marion Melby of Yucca Valley, CA, DeEtta Gibbons of Bismarck, April Wallner of Williston and Heidi Nygard of Hoffman.
A burial was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
