Stramer of Hazelton, North Dakota, born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Twomey and Hildegard V. Twomey (Hilger); her husband William M. "Bill" Stramer; her siblings, James, Jerry, Kathleen Pecchia (John Pecchia), Hildy Nolan (Dick Nolan), Julie Wenner (Nic Wenner) and Ione Daniel (Melvin Daniel); and her parents-in-law, Clara and Mathew Stramer.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas (Maria), Stephen, Mathew, Ann and Todd; her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Grace and Hannah (Stephen); her siblings, Renee Twomey, Barbara Wolf (Bob) and Dave Twomey (Mary); and her sister-in-law Joan Twomey (Jerry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Elaine was an invaluable business partner to William with many great contributions to success in their family farming business.
