He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Martindale and Violet Martindale (McColl); his wife Loraine; his son Dr. Don Martindale; his sister Donna Hanson; and his granddaughter Carin Martindale.
He is survived by: his children, Tom W. Martindale (Sue), Kevin Martindale (Karen) of Boulder, CO and Camille Kouri (Tom); his daughter-in-law Lori Martindale; and his sister-in-law Marlys Kunz (Wesley) of Northwood, ND.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
