He is survived by: his wife Diane Balstad; his sons, Bryan Balstad (Lynn) and Brent Balstad (Angie); his grandchildren, Adam Balstad (Colbie), Kayla Barnum (Spencer), Corinn Shaw (Nathan), Courtney Rios Alvarez (Edwin) and Brady Balstad (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Brooks, Teale, Branch Balstad, Elsie, Vera, Shaw, Maycee, Kayleigh, Gunnar, Sawyer Kershaw, Sienna Rios Alvarez and Brixton Balstad; his sisters, Loretta Sherva (John), Linda Gabriel (Denny) and Julie McNea; and his siblings-in-law, Darold Mattern, Tom Groven and Rose Siegel.
