He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Stormoe and Inga Stormoe; and his brothers, Dennis Stormoe and Donnie Stormoe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Stormoe; his sons, Jason (Shelle) of Little Rock, AR and Jared (Rachel); his grandchildren, Liam of Bemidji, MN. and Aurora of Bemidji, MN.; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Stormoe of Scotts Bluff, NE and Vicky Sunderland of Fargo, ND..
