He was predeceased by: his father Byron Flexhaug; and his brother Jon Flexhaug. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Flexhaug (Stevens); his children, Steven Levin Flexhaug (Monique), Marlea Kathleen Nelson (Tarance) and David Erwin Flexhaug (Julie); his grandchildren, Damian, Audria, Isaac, Taytum, Marley, Cora and Emmeline; and his siblings, Diana Avans, Fern Schick (Michael) and Ross Flexhaug. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Norsemen Hall (1100 Parke Ave, Portland, ND 58274).
