He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Dokken and Evelyn Dokken (Johnson); his wife Ina Alvira Tangen; his siblings, Clarence Dokken, Jr., Jean Butler and Orville; his sister-in-law Anna Mae Dokken (Ostlie); and his brother Richard Dokken.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Rasmussen (Harlan) of Thompson, ND, Cheri Stallman (Derrick) of Northwood, ND, Brian Dokken of Hatton, ND, Annette Delaney (David) of Horace, ND and Carter Dokken of Grand Forks, ND; his sister Aldene Meland (Reuben) of Northwood, ND; his grandchildren, Melodie, Dean, Daniel, Melissa, Anne, Sarah, Kristen, Kelsey, Michael, Matthew and Megan; his great grandchildren, Cody, Haley, Brayden, Eli, Piper, Henry, August, Nicholas, Ethan, Zoe, Shilo, Madisan, Peyton, AlliLynn and Terell; and his great great grandchildren, Leah and Kylie. He is also survived by one niece; and four nephews.
