It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Theresa Johnson of Harwood, North Dakota, born in Esmond, North Dakota, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Leier (Ned) and Catherine Leier (Marthe); her husband Verne Johnson; and her sons, Kevin Johnson and David Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Johnson of Harwood, ND and Patrick Johnson (Cindy) of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Cassie), Erin Loucks (Jared), Kacie Dorn (Mathew), Erica McGuire (Dave), Joe Johnson, Alexandra Ross (Dave), David Johnson (Hannah) and Kira Besabe (Bobby). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews and Walter the cat.
