He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Edwin" Opdahl and Valborg "Sophie" Opdahl (Rogness); and his siblings, Jean LeClaire and Gary Opdahl. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lautt of Harvey; his children, Ilona Thomas (Art) of Harvey, Rodney Opdahl (Lori) of Harvey, Kelly (Dawn) of Garrison, Kent Opdahl (Angel) of Harvey and Aaron Opdahl (Carrie) of Fessenden; and his siblings, Verneil Eisenbraun of Eau Claire, Phillis Pantsari of Rock Lake, ND and Dennis Opdahl of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
