He is survived by: his wife Hazel McKinven; his daughter Debra Mitzel (Mark) of Baxter; his sister Rose High (Jerry) of Harvey; and his nephew Scott McKinven of Harvey. He is also survived by several sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
