He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Borgen. He is survived by: his mother Dora Borgen (McLean) of Langdon; his former wife Karen Yake; his wife Dawn Sutton of Hannah, ND; his children, Candace Schiermeister (James) of Minot, ND, Craig Borgen (Becky) of Langdon, Jacy Bata (Tyler) of Langdon and Wayne Borgen of Langdon; his grandchildren, Bella, Holly, Tyler, Taylor, Natalie, Griffey and Daxton; and his siblings, Kerwin Borgen (Flora), Dennis Borgen (Maryl) and Judy Jordan (Arnold). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to the Hannah Cemetery, 8808 107th St., Hannah, ND 58239.
