He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Wahl and Dorothy Wahl (Benson); his brother John Wahl; his brothers-in-law, Ron Lima and Jerry Olson; and his nephew Scott Lima.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Olson; his children, Lucas Wahl, Jared Wahl and Valerie; his child-in-law Shilo Ford; his grandchildren, Tyler, Aaron, Meghan, Alec and Nora Ford; his sisters, Margaret Lima of Valley City, ND, Cynthia LaBonte (Arden) of Side Lake, MN and Rebecca Henderson of Rochester, MN.; and his aunt Mary Heibert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
