He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Buchholz of Lidgerwood, ND; his children, Bill Buchholz (Sarah) of Springdale, AR, Paul Buchholz (Keri), Dean Buchholz (Jessica), Jennifer Hamling (Mike) of Hankinson, ND, Lori Bye (Dan) and Karri Willhite (Hayden); his siblings, Alvin Buchholz (Kathy) of Fargo, ND, Robert Buchholz and Donna Mellem (Curtis) of Wyndmere, ND; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Chance, Carson, Taylor, Peyton, Ava, Jewels, Destiney, Natalie, Levi, Logan, Zane, Ashlin, Abigail and Derek.
