He was predeceased by: his father Lee Waasdorp; his grandparents, Theodore, Doris Kiebke, Leonardus and Sarah Waasdorp; his brother Byron Krause; and his stepfather Bruce Krause.
He is survived by: his mother Molly Waasdorp (Kiebke); his former wife Janelle Medenwaldt; his grandchildren, Lacy, Victoria and Randy; his siblings, Larry Waasdorp (Cindy), Bruce Krause (Diane), Kelly Waasdorp, Brenda Bozovsky (Dennis), Diane Neiber (Gerald) and Tanya Stegman (Brian); his children, Jason Waasdorp, NeTia Bauman (Travis), Lacy Richards (Ted) and Victoria Wisnewski (Simon); and his close friends, Kevin Mojica, Mark Hrdlicka, Paul Aker, Bob Lyons, Richard Kuchera and Dicks'. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the ALS Association of MN/ND/SD, an organization that provides support to ALS patients.
