She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Neidviecky and Marie Neidviecky (Pleskac); her husband Jerome N Birchem; her siblings, Edward, Jerry, John (Josephine) and Elizabeth Wacha (Archie); and her siblings-in-law, Roger Best (Vlasta) and Shirley Neidviecky (Arthur).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nick Birchem, Cassie Birchem, Hillary Birchem, Gabby Birchem, Eric Birchem, Tyler Birchem, Seriann Swiontek, Greg Birchem, Alex Bladow, Abby Bladow, Austin Bladow and Aiden Bladow; her children, Andrew Birchem (Jacklyn) of Fargo, ND, Douglas Birchem (Diane) of Wahpeton, ND and Barbara Bladow (Aaron) of Hankinson, ND; her siblings, Vlasta Best (Val) of Barrett, MN, Arthur Neidviecky of Pensacola, FL and Albert Neidviecky (Linda) of Wahpeton, ND.; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Neidviecky (Edward). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
